Waste To Electricity

Bal-Pac Technology

Green Fusion Energy Limited (GFEL) is proud to introduce the innovative BalPac technology, a modular plant that is revolutionizing waste management and renewable energy generation.

The Pyrolytic Gasification System thermally degrades organic material in an oxygen starved environment (pyrolysis) at temperatures from 800º F to 1200º F and then, through a closed conduit, the process gases are introduced to the Thermal Oxidizer with temperatures up to 2250º F.

The hot gasses produced is passed to a Steam Turbine Generator to Generate Electricity.

Beyond generating electricity, the BalPac technology also produces a valuable by-product known as Pyro Carbon Black. This versatile substance can be used as an additive in cement production, enhancing its properties and sustainability. Additionally, Pyro Carbon Black has benefits for soil fertility and can be further processed to produce dye and ink, offering a wide range of applications and uses.

The BalPac technology represents a breakthrough in waste-to-energy solutions, offering a sustainable and efficient way to manage MSW while also creating valuable resources for other industries.
